WeKatch is a trading name of AI Business Services F.Z.C., a company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Free Zone Authority, Ajman Free Zone, C1 Building, UAE. In these terms, "we", "us" and "WeKatch" mean that company.
These terms apply when you use WeKatch. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and "you" means that business.
WeKatch provides AI powered phone answering and lead response. Depending on the plan you choose, this can include answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to leads, capturing caller details, booking appointments into a calendar you connect, and sending lead information to you and to any CRM you connect.
WeKatch is a tool that assists your business. It is not a replacement for your own judgement, and it does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice to you or to your callers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your login details secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must be at least 18 years old and using WeKatch for business purposes.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you select, and renew automatically until cancelled. A one off setup fee may apply when you first subscribe, and is shown to you before you pay.
Each plan includes an allowance of call minutes. Usage above that allowance is charged at the rate shown in your dashboard, or drawn from any credit you have topped up. Minutes are measured from the call data our telephony provider reports.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend the service until it succeeds.
You can request cancellation at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we state otherwise in writing, or the law requires it, payments already made are not refunded and unused minutes are not carried over or refunded.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we reasonably believe your use is harming the service or another person.
WeKatch handles telephone calls on your behalf and may record and transcribe them so you can review what was said. Recordings and transcripts are retained for a limited period, which depends on your plan.
You are responsible for making sure that recording and handling those calls is lawful where you and your callers are located, including giving any notice or obtaining any consent the law requires. Recording rules differ significantly between countries and between states, and you should check what applies to you.
You agree not to use WeKatch to:
You keep ownership of your business data, your customer records, and the content of your calls. You grant us the permission needed to process that data in order to provide the service. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
WeKatch works alongside third party services, including calendar providers, CRMs, and payment and telephony providers. When you connect one, you authorise us to access it as needed to provide the service. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate or for outages on their side.
We work to keep WeKatch running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. We may carry out maintenance, change features, or rely on third party networks that are outside our control.
WeKatch, including the software, branding, and site content, remains our property. You may use it as permitted by these terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost or missed leads, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
The service is provided on a commercial basis to businesses, and we do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, or results.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use WeKatch after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
