What happens when I run out of minutes?

Your service pauses and we notify you by email. Top up from your dashboard any time, no automatic overcharges, ever.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans are rolling, cancel with 30 days notice. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and we adjust your billing from the next cycle.

Do inbound and outbound cost the same?

Outbound calling is priced higher than inbound because outbound AI calls are more resource-intensive. Both products are self-contained, you can subscribe to one or both.

What counts as a minute?

One minute of AI call time. A 4-minute call uses 4 minutes. Hold time and ring time do not count.
